Why did the crowds turn against Jesus so quickly? One week they welcomed Him, and the next week they demanded He be crucified.

Why was Jesus born of a virgin? I know Mary was a very good person and all that, but couldn't she and Joseph have given birth to Jesus in the normal way? Or is the Bible's story about Mary just a legend?

MY ANSWER

Recently, I heard a preacher say that if Jesus were alive today, He'd be using television and the Internet to reach people with His message. I suppose that's true, but why do you suppose he said, "if Jesus were alive"? Isn't Jesus alive today anyway, although He's now in heaven?
Jesus Christ is just as alive today as He was when He walked the roads of ancient Palestine 20 centuries ago.

MY ANSWER

My friend has never been very religious, but when he almost died in the hospital a few months ago he claims he saw Jesus standing in a tunnel of light. He recovered, but he still doesn't know what to make of it. Do you think he really saw Jesus?
I don't know whether or not Jesus actually appeared to him in those moments - although it's possible, even if it isn't the way God normally deals with us. ...
