BGEA Facts Christian Guidance The Christian Guidance Department in the Charlotte office handles letters, telecast follow-up forms, phone calls, and e-mail from tens of thousands of people annually—many of whom are in desperate circumstances, experiencing every conceivable type of problem. In 2005 Christian Guidance staff responded to some 150,000 inquiries. Such contacts result from crusade telecasts, radio programs, visits to our Web site, Decision magazine articles, World Wide Pictures’ film showings, visits to the Graham Center in Wheaton, the “My Answer” column, and Mr. Graham’s books, as well as the crusades conducted by Mr. Graham and associate evangelists in many parts of the world. A trained staff responds to spiritual needs and matters of biblical concern with a focus on bringing Jesus Christ into every situation and life. Personal responses and literature are provided, which usually includes tracts, books, and especially sermons written by Mr. Graham. |
