TV/Telephone Ministry
The TV Telephone Ministry was launched in 1981 in association with Billy Graham Crusades and telecasts. Viewers of Billy Graham television programs are encouraged to contact the ministry via toll free numbers to receive spiritual assistance.
During the telecasts some 750 telephones in 37 different locations across North America can be made available to answer these calls. Over 6,000 volunteers have been trained to handle the calls and provide encouragement and spiritual assistance in the same manner Billy Graham workers assist those coming forward at a Billy Graham Crusade or Franklin Graham Festival. Over 1.2 million callers have received spiritual assistance since the inception of this ministry.
