Asset-based/Non-liquid Gifts
Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) partners with the National Christian Foundation (NCF) to assist supporters of BGEA and other charities with more complex, non-liquid gifts. NCF is a recognized leader in receiving, managing, and liquidating securities, loan notes, estate gifts, complex real estate transactions, and some types of personal property. Charitable Gift Annuity
Your contribution of cash or securities into a Charitable Gift Annuity not only supports the Christian ministries of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, it provides you or your loved ones with fixed payments for a lifetime. Charitable IRA Distribution
The Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act of 2010 has extended the IRA Charitable Rollover for 2010 and 2011. Originally passes in 2006 as part of the Pension Protection Act, the IRA Charitable Rollover allows individuals ago 70 ½ and older to make direct transfers totaling up to $100,000 per year to 501(c)(3), without having to count the transfers as income for federal income tax purposes.Click for more info »

Payable on Death Accounts are a simple way to designate who will receive funds upon your death. This designation can be done with banks, brokerage firms, retirement funds, and more. Since you are considered the owner of your account, you can cancel or change it as you wish. Any type of Real Estate you own can be donated to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association: house, farm, rental property, business property, land, vacation home, and more. Real Estate donations, however, must be readily marketable and without environmental contaminants. Retirement Assets are tax-deferred retirement savings accounts, including profit-sharing, IRAs, 401(k), 403(b), and Keogh and pension plans. Gifts from these accounts while you are still living may have withdrawal penalties and will certainly have income tax liabilities. Revocable Living Trust
A Revocable Living Trust is a private legal arrangement that can provide investment management during your lifetime and a plan for distributing your assets at your death. This plan provides significant flexibility in investing, paying out income, and distributing principal and does not go through probate, thus, saving time and money at your death.
