You are not alone.

February 29, 2013

“... for the Lord thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
–Deuteronomy 31:6

Loneliness is no respecter of persons. It invades the palace as well as the hut. Many turn to drink because of loneliness. Others lose their sanity becasue of loneliness. Many commit suicide because of the despair of loneliness. Thousands have found Christ to be the answer for their loneliness. The Hebrew children were not alone when they were hurled into the fiery furnace of persecution. There was One with them like unto the Son of God. Moses wasn't alone in the Midian Desert when God came to comfort him and call him to a wider ministry. Elijah wasn't alone at the cave when God came near and spoke with the still, small voice. Paul and Silas were not alone in the Philippian jail when God came down and gave them a song at midnight. Whoever you are, Christ can give you comfort and companionship.

Prayer for the day

Whenever I begin to feel alone, help me to remember that You are always with me. Sometimes the way seems dark but You are still there. Thank You, Lord.

God, Thank you for keeping my family safe while I am away. It is my faith and through prayers that keeps me strong. Thank you God!

Sometimes,loneliness attack us when we're alone, but we don't have to let that feelings toward us because it's an evil's work,instead of dealing w/ it, pray to Jesus to overcome w/ it...thanks Bro. Billy for encouragement..

Knowingly God always be with us, no more worries even though we worries cast our burden upon him. Praise the Lord and glorify his holy name.

I really needed to hear this word on today because often times I find myself feeling lonely but I do know that God will never leave me or forsake me and that he is my very present help in the times of trouble or loneliness.

I logged onto this website for the first time ever earlier today, and I really needed spiritual sustenance for a monumental task I had to do this afternoon. This daily devotional was perfect and helped me make it through the day; thank you JESUS!

If you are feeling desperately lonely, there is a very good chance you do not know the Lord as your Savior. Please don't continue to endure the anguish of loneliness. Cry out to God for help and invite him into your heart. He's waiting.

God's word has no error in it from cover to cover. When he says he will be with us always he means exactly that . If your feeling lonely today pray that God through his Holy Spirit would draw near to you and give you comfort .................he will .
