Whatever our problems, we can turn to God for strength and guidance.

God and forgive and change even the most evil person.

Fight loneliness by reaching out to others.

Ask God for strength to battle temptations.

In dealing with 'difficult' people, let Jesus be your example.

June 1: Do angels ever appear to people, or are they always invisible?
Some angels have become visible.

May 31: In my view, religion is just a crutch for weak people.
Have an open mind and heart about faith.

May 30: We waited for years to become parents, and finally, to our great joy it happened. But our baby had serious problems.
God understands the sorrow of losing a beloved child.

May 29: Once a person decides to follow Jesus, can they lose their salvation later on if they commit a major sin?
Once you commit your life Christ, you cannot "lose" your salvation.

May 28: When I was in my teens, I was very active in our church's youth group, and I took God very seriously.
To thrive and grow, faith must be nurtured.

May 26: My yoga teacher is interested in all kinds of religions, and she says that what we need to do to find God (or "spiritual enlightenment," as she terms it) is to empty our minds of everything.
To find God, we must turn toward Christ.

May 25: I don't necessarily disagree with what preachers say about Jesus and everything, but I honestly don't feel any need for God.
Reconsider whether or not you need God.

May 24: I'd like to be a Christian, but I don't think I'm good enough.
Remember, Christ died for sinners, not 'perfect' people.

May 23: All my cousin ever thinks about is the latest fashions, and how she'll look if she gets some new jewelry or has her hair done differently, and things like that.
Our inner character is what matters most to God.

May 22: I know some of the things I do are wrong, and yet I just keep doing them.
With Christ, you can turn away from sin.

May 21: How can we love people who aren't even very likeable?
Ask God to help you see others through His loving eyes.

May 19: The Sunday after Easter, our pastor preached about Thomas, who had a real problem with doubt. Well, I guess that's where I am.
Ask God to show you His truth, and quell your doubt.

May 18: I grew up in a very unhappy home -- lots of conflict, plus verbal and physical abuse.
Unlike abusive parents, God will never fail you

May 17: Some of my friends talk about having a personal relationship with God, but what do they mean?
You can build a close relationship with God.

May 16: We prayed for our children even before they were born, asking God not only to keep them from harm, but also to help us raise them so they'd follow Jesus.
Children who've turned their backs on God may still return.
