Billy Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son's Father"
Mr. Graham's message begins in Luke chapter 15 with the story of the Prodigal Son. This son squandered his wealth on wild living. His physical hunger is a picture of our spiritual hunger. He had lost it all. He realized that he had sinned and knew he needed to return to his father to ask for mercy. The focus on this story is on Prodigal Son's Father. The father loved his son and was praying to see him again. God the Father loves us. When the father saw his son he did not judge or condemn him. He put his arms around his son and welcomed him home. The father was not concerned about where his son had gone or what he had been doing. He was just interested that his son had come home. God is a god of judgment. He's not concerned with where we've been but He is concerned with where we are going. If you died tonight would you go to heaven? From the platform of the Greater Louisville Billy Graham Crusade, Louisville, KY, 22 June 2001. A testimony and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Things That Will Not Change"
Mr. Graham's message using the text from Luke chapter 21. We are pressed from all sides. Social problems seem to be everywhere. Racial problems engulf many cities. Poverty problems, homelessness, energy crisis, loneliness, AIDS are just a few of the problems facing mankind today. The only answer to the problems is the love that God gives. This is a time of scientific and religious change but some things never change. God's holiness, His judgment and His nature never change. Human nature has not changed. Hearts are still deceitful. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The Ten Commandments have not changed and the way of salvation has not changed. There is only one way to God and that is through faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus took our sins to the cross, died and was raised again. He is never going to change but we must change. From the platform of the Greater Louisville Billy Graham Crusade, Louisville, KY, 21 June 2001. A update on the Haiti efforts and a song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Rich Young Ruler" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message from Mark 10:17. All of us have sinned and broken God's laws. Murder, adultery, stealing, giving false witness, idolatry are all breaking God's standards. Breaking even one of them is sin, which separates us from God. The penalty for sin is death. When Jesus told this young man that he had to get rid of his wealth he was unwilling because he loved his possessions more than Jesus. Jesus calls you to turn, leave your sin completely, and come to faith in Jesus Christ. God will forgive you if you accept Jesus. Being a church member won't save you. You've got to come to God through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. No one can choose Jesus for you. The price of redeeming your soul was completely paid on the cross. The choice is yours. You can accept it or reject it. From the platform of the Central Canada Festival with Franklin Graham in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 21, 2006. A Ministry Update of the work of BGEA in Haiti and a song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Rich Young Ruler" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham reminds us that every city in the world has problems and that Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, is the answer. He begins his message tonight by speaking from Mark 10:17, telling the story of the rich young ruler. As Jesus was passing through on a journey, this young man came running up to him, asking what he could do to inherit eternal life. Jesus' reply was to follow the commandments and to sell everything he has, give it to the poor and follow Him. The rich young ruler went away sad because although he knew and followed the commandments he had many possessions. All of us have possessions but that stuff isn't enough to fill the void in our life. He was looking for meaning in his life. There was emptiness in his life and restlessness in his soul. Are you empty and restless? The Bible says "Let not your heart be troubled." "Come to Me all you who are burdened and I will give you rest." All of us have sinned and broken God's laws. The penalty of breaking God's law is death. God loves you and will forgive and restore you through the power of the cross. He will cleanse you and set you free if you are willing to come to Him by faith. Billy Graham's Message: "Why the Cross?"
Billy Graham speaks about the story in Acts 8:26f where Philip encounters an Ethiopian eunuch reading from the book of Isaiah. Philip preached about Jesus to help the eunuch comprehend this scripture. Isaiah 53, written 700 years before Christ, is the greatest chapter in the Bible on the crucifixion of Christ. What does the cross of Christ mean to you? Jesus lived the highest moral life. The religious leaders of the time were jealous of Him and were determined to put Him to death. What kept Jesus on the cross? Our sins held Him there. Jesus never knew sin. He became sin for us and died on the cross. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. When God sees the blood He will pass over. We need to repent and turn from our sin. The Spirit of God will help us change and start in a new direction. From the platform of the Northeastern Ohio Billy Graham Crusade, Cleveland, OH, 10 June 1994. A ministry update on the My Hope Project and a song by the Tommy Coomes Band precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "How Do I Begin Again?"
Mr. Graham begins his message in the John 2:23-25. These people were religious leaders who believed in Jesus but they didn't believe on Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Nicodemus was a great religious leader. But all his good works and religious knowledge was not enough. He needed something more. The word "sin" is translated into many words in the Bible. Transgression means we've broken the Ten Commandments. Iniquity means there's a turning aside from the straight path. We've each turned to our own way. We have a spirit living inside our bodies that will live forever either in heaven or hell. What does it mean to start over? When Jesus said you must be born again He didn't mean you could inherit it. You can't be saved by works or reformation. To be born again you must come to the cross, confess that you're a sinner and receive Christ as your Lord and Savior. From the platform of the Northeastern Ohio Billy Graham Crusade, Cleveland, OH, 9 June 1994. A testimony by Pastor Skip Heitzig and a song by the Tommy Coomes Band precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Discipline and Dedication"
Billy Graham starts his message by illustrating how precarious the world is today. He speaks of the coming judgment for which we are to be ready. But he also illustrates how the Christians of the 20th century are so preoccupied with the world, that it has become difficult to distinguish the true Christian and the worldly man. He uses this to call us to a life of self-discipline, of self-denial. It takes discipline to accomplish this but God has given us the Holy Spirit to help us fight the battles ahead. Dr. Graham calls us to a renewal of Christian example in: firstly, mental discipline; secondly, on discipline of the body; thirdly discipline of the tongue; fourthly, discipline of our emotions and instincts. What will your response be to the Lord at the beginning of this New Year? From the Hour of Decision program 31 December 1961. A ministry update and a song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The True Meaning of Christmas"
Franklin Graham talks about the real meaning of Christmas being that of God redeeming this world back to Himself by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to save us from our sins. We are all separated from God by our sin, but God Himself came to earth in human form to pay the debt of our sin through Christ's death and resurrection. Franklin concludes his message by reinforcing that the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is committed to telling this message around the world. Franklin briefly tells how God forgave him and that God is willing to do that for any of us. From a message on 18 December 2003, at the construction site of the new BGEA headquarters building. Prior to the message are several Christmas songs and the Christmas scriptures read by Cliff Barrows.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Unknown God" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message based on Acts 17. Mr. Graham speaks about a number of groups that were in the audience. The Epicureans, people who denied God and live only for today. The Stoics, people who were self-centered and prideful. The Gossipers, those who just like to talk but never make a commitment. And the serious searchers, those who want to know the truth and pursue it seriously. Paul observed that the people of Athens were religious. He then points to the one True God, whom we can know only through Jesus Christ. God is near us today. He reveals himself to us through nature, through history and totally through the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. God commanded all men to repent. Change direction and turn toward Christ by faith. You will have no excuse at the Day of Judgment. He will judge the world in righteousness. Are you ready for the judgment day? The entire Bible warns us about judgment. Is your name written in the Lamb's book of life? From the platform of the Sydney Crusade, 20 May 1979. A ministry update and a song by the Tommy Coomes Band precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Unknown God" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham begins his message today in Acts 17. Paul was in the cultural and educational center of the ancient Roman world (Athens). While waiting for Timothy and Silas to join him, he walked the streets of the city. He found moral corruption and the city given into idolatry. With all their great learning and education they had not found the true God. Paul was the only Christian in Athens at the time and he couldn't keep quiet. People were curious about his ideas. Today we need to be willing to witness for Christ even if people laugh at us. That is what "take up your cross" means. Christ died on the cross, rose again and through His death and resurrection we can have new life. While Paul was walking around Athens he saw all kinds of gods including "the unknown god". The Athenians would say "there is a god somewhere, but we don't know who he is." Today we are in danger of educating our mind and building our bodies but neglecting our soul. "What shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul?" From the platform of the Sydney Crusade, 20 May 1979. A ministry update about My Hope and a Christmas song by the Tommy Coomes Band precedes the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal"
Franklin Graham shares from Luke 15. A man has two sons. The younger son wanted his portion of his father's estate. This young man was restless and wasn't willing to wait. He took his inheritance, went to a foreign country and squandered everything he had. A severe famine hit the land and he began to be in need. He was hired to feed the pigs. This young man was broke financially, spiritually, emotionally. And all of a sudden he came to his senses. He realized that he was wrong and that he had sinned. He came to the point of true repentance. He chose to return to his father and before he could finish apologizing the father welcomed him back home rejoicing. Come to God through Christ and you'll be a member of the family of God. Whatever your sins are, God will cleanse them if you're willing to come to Him through faith in Jesus Christ. From the platform of the Calgary Festival with Franklin Graham, 30 October 1999. A Ministry Update and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Time of Thanksgiving"
In Billy Graham's traditional Thanksgiving message he outlines the history of the holiday in the United States. More than 150 times the Bible either calls men to thank God or tells them how to give thanks. Mr. Graham then outlines the instructions God gives in His Word to give thanks. Thanksgiving is part of the most intimate relationship between God and man. Pride and arrogance keep us from giving thanks, but now is the hour to return to God, to acknowledge our sins and guilt, and time to acknowledge what we have is a gift from God. Thanksgiving is a time to thank Him for spiritual blessings, for peace and for the blessing of God's offer of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ. Several Thanksgiving songs and two message segments are featured prior to this message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Bubble That Bursts" (Part 2)
Billy Graham continues to speak about one of the greatest men who ever lived - Solomon. Solomon had all the pleasures of the world, but he learned the pleasure is short-lived. The wages of sin is death. We were born to be perfect and never meant to die. But when the devil tempted man to disbelieve God and when man fell into that temptation, it separated us all from God. We cannot keep our promises. There is nothing within us that enables us to do so. Man was destined for hell, but Jesus took our punishment on the cross, though he had no sin. Solomon had power and tried religion. But religion without Jesus is harmful. One must come to the cross, ask Christ for forgiveness and confess willingness to follow Christ. The greatest inoculation against the gospel is hearing it but not heeding it. Solomon's experience led him back to God and to realize the greatest thing was to fear God and keep His commandments. Don't put it off, today is the day of salvation. From the Louisville, Kentucky Crusade, 23 June 2001. A Testimony, Ministry Update and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Bubble That Bursts" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks about one of the greatest men who ever lived - Solomon. He had riches, knowledge and power and discovered that all was vanity. He was given great wisdom by God, but one cannot come to God with one's mind alone. There is another power in the world - the devil - who has blinded the minds of unbelievers. The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing. In the Garden of Eden the devil tempted man to disbelieve God and he did; therefore man is eternally separated from God. There is nothing within man to keep God's law. But the Bible says there is one greater than Solomon, and that is Jesus. Jesus left heaven to save us because man was destined to spend eternity separated from God. Solomon had power but that didn't bring him peace. He tried religion, but religion without a personal encounter with Jesus can destroy you and is harmful to you. Riches, knowledge, power cannot save you, but Jesus can. From the Louisville, Kentucky Crusade, 23 June 2001. A testimony and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Time to Come Home" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message by using the illustration of the Prodigal son as being a picture of repentance and of reconciliation. The son realized he had sinned and was on the wrong road. As he acknowledged this, he turned back toward home where his father ran to meet him. In the same way God is waiting to receive you in mercy and love, not condemnation. Mr. Graham ends the message with the story of a young man who wanted a car for graduation. On graduation day his father gave him a Bible, which made the boy angry. The boy threw the Bible at his father. Years later after his father had died, the son went back home, saw the Bible and opened it to find a check for the amount of the car that he had wanted tucked inside the Bible. He had missed his father's love and the gift because of his attitude. From the platform of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Mission, 30 June 2002. A Ministry Update and a testimony precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Time to Come Home" (Part 1)
Billy Graham uses the story of the Prodigal Son as an illustration of one who is restless, aiming for personal happiness yet missing God's plan for his life. This son wanted all he could get and to live as he pleased. He wasn't willing to wait for his father's inheritance. This boy spent all that he was given and then after being in want he began to see his need. He was physically and spiritually hungry. He realized that he was wrong and the alternative to his situation was to return to his father's house. Jesus said there are two roads in life: one is broad with all of its pleasures and delights of this life and it leads to destruction; the other is narrow and goes by the way of the cross, leading to heaven. From the platform of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Mission, 30 June 2002. A Ministry Update and a song precede the message.

Jesus said there are two roads in life: one is broad with all of its pleasures and delights of this life and it leads to destruction; the other is narrow and goes by the way of the cross, leading to heaven. Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son" (Part 2)
Franklin concludes his message of the Prodigal Son. This young man was running from his father and from God. What are you running from? God loves you and will forgive you. God doesn't want anyone to perish. He wants everyone to come to heaven with Him. God is a holy God and can not tolerate sin. Jesus took the penalty of sin on our behalf. There is no other road to God but by faith in Jesus Christ. This young man spent all of his money. He wasted it and there was nothing left. He was broke financially, spiritually, emotionally. Is that how you feel? It's not too late. You can experience God's forgiveness. This young man realized that he was wrong and that he had sinned. He had to come to the point of true repentance. He returned to his father and before he could finish apologizing the father welcomed him back home with rejoicing. God will forgive you if you come to Him through faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible says "The Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which is lost." Jesus came for you, will you come to Him? From the platform of the Metro-Maryland Festival on July 8, 2006. A ministry update and two songs precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son" (Part 1)
Franklin shares from Luke 15, the story of the Prodigal Son. There are many people whose spirits have dimmed and have lost heart. They seek to fill an emptiness which can only be filled by a relationship with God's son. God loves you no matter what you have done. In this passage a man has two sons. The younger son wanted his portion of his father's estate. This young man was restless and wanted to party. He took his inheritance and went to a foreign country to have fun but ended up squandering everything he had. A severe famine hit the land and he began to be in need. He was hired to feed the pigs. He was hungry. He realized that even the servants at his father's house had enough food so he would return home and ask his father to make him a hired hand. Today we also search for happiness, purpose and meaning in our lives but something is missing. We need a relationship with God but sin creates a barrier and prevents us from having that relationship. God has a plan for us. God loves us so much that He sent His only Son to Earth to die for us so we could be restored to Him. God will forgive and cleanse us when we invite Christ into our hearts. From the platform of the Metro-Maryland Festival on July 8, 2006. A ministry report and two songs precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "John 3:16" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message tonight with the question a lot of people ask "What does God look like?" God is a spirit, he never changes. God is holy and is a God of judgment. Mr. Graham reminds us that the Bible says in 1st John 4:8, "God is love." The Greek word that describes God's love for us is "agape", a deep, divine love. But Adam and Eve broke God's law bringing sin into the world. Sin separates us from God. God gave His only Son to die on the cross for our sins. Mr. Graham shares the story of an anthill to illustrate the way God looks at us. God was too big and we were too little so He sent His Son Jesus all the way to the cross to die for us. What do we have to do? We have to be willing to turn from our sins and by faith receive Jesus as our Savior. Accepting Christ may not change our circumstances, but Christ will change us from the inside out. We'll have a new perspective on life and a new inner strength to meet each day as it comes. From the platform of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Mission, 29 June 2002. A testimony and song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "John 3:16" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham begins his message talking about the many forms of suffering: war, terrorism, disease, loneliness, etc. Many people feel that the bottom has dropped out of their lives. Christ will meet our needs and save our soul if we will repent from our sins and receive Him as Savior. Are you crying for help? Deep inside you know there's something missing. There is hope (John 3:16). God is unchanging. He is holy. He is a God of judgment. God is love. God created us but sin entered the world and has separated us from Him. We are all sinners and are not able to solve our problems apart from the love of God. If you come to God and yield to His Son you'll find a peace and a joy and a happiness you never knew before. From the platform of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Mission, 29 June 2002. A ministry update about the Rapid Response Team and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Things Are Not As They Seem"
Billy Graham uses Proverbs 16:25 "There is a way that seemeth right unto a man; but the end thereof are the ways of death," as his focus for this message. Some things in life are easily identified as right or wrong. But in many critical areas of life things that appear to be right are wrong. Battles have been lost, nations fall and individuals become shipwrecked because things were not as they seemed. Many people take stock in philosophies such as "Eat, drink and be merry," or "Every man is responsible for his actions" or "If I do the best I can, if I do not harm anyone … then in God's sight I will be alright." We cannot work our way into heaven. Only through faith in Jesus Christ we are made righteous before God. If we could save ourselves Christ would never had gone to the Cross. A ministry update about the My Hope project in Thailand and two songs precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Total Man"
Billy Graham's message begins with questions like "Is religion big enough to save the world?", "Why is the church failing to make an impact on the world today?" Young people today are in revolt against the church not against God. Part of the dilemma we face today is because we have preached a "weak" Christ which has caused people to question the authority of the scriptures. We have restricted Christianity to a Sunday affair. Christ is alive today. He went out into the streets to be among the sick, needy and dying people. Christ forgave sin, healed the sick and fed the hungry. Christ today is big enough to cope with tyranny of man over man. He is big enough today to cope with the social problems of these times and the moral problems we face in the world. He was and still is King. We have tried to heal ourselves. Our disease is sin and sin can only be dealt with by the Lord Jesus Christ. Give your heart to Jesus. He can change your life if you let him. A ministry update about The Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove and two songs precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Noah" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message from Genesis. God judged the people in Noah's day. Man had become so corrupt that it saddened God that he had even created man. God couldn't tolerate sin then nor can he tolerate it now. He is willing to forgive. But the people in Noah's time never asked for forgiveness. They had 120 years to repent. Noah built the arc and God called the animals two by two, closed the arc door and then the rains came. It would have had to rain an average of about 333 inches per hour for the Earth to be covered by water in 40 days. Every piece of ground was under water. God had a plan, salvation through Jesus Christ. Judgment had come by rainfall but next time it will be by fire. The only thing that will save you is the blood of Jesus. God loves everyone. We all have sinned and deserve death. God wants to forgive us. He sent His son to take our sins. Jesus shed his blood, he died on the cross and was buried, but three days later God raised him from the dead. He's alive today. You simply need to believe and trust in God and his Son Jesus Christ. From the platform of the Metro Maryland Festival in Baltimore, MD 7 July 2006. A ministry update about Dare to be a Daniel and a song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Noah" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham begins his message in Genesis chapter six. He reminds us of Hurricane Katrina with the loss of life, destruction of property and many people wondering what was going on were in the headlines for weeks. There has also been a lot of concern about missile issues in North Korea. Dr. Graham was invited to come to North Korea in 1992. He went and witnessed and preached to the President of North Korea. This opened doors for future trips and opportunities for BGEA and Samaritan's Purse to build dental labs and clinics among other ventures. Franklin then compares the troubles and problems we face today to the wickedness of the Earth in the days of Noah. God was going to destroy every living thing because it had become completely corrupt. Noah found favor with the Lord. God told Noah to build an arc big enough to take every animal in the world in pairs and enough food for them and his family. God called Noah to come and God is calling us to come today. From the platform of the Metro Maryland Festival in Baltimore, MD 7 July 2006. A ministry update about Rock the River and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Hope In Christ" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message from 1 Corinthians 13 - having hope in Christ. There is hopelessness among young people leading them to attempt to commit suicide. Why? They are trying to find something they don't have and that's Jesus. Only a true believer in Christ can have hope to totally cope with life. Reader's Digest says in order for a person to be happy, they must have someone to love, something to do and something to hope for. Jesus Christ is that someone to love you back for the rest of your life, with a deeper love than you ever knew. Mr. Graham points out that the Bible tells us there is hope of righteousness, hope of salvation and hope of eternal life. Christ purchased our righteousness at the cross. Will you ask Christ into your heart and life? If there is a doubt about it, make sure today that you trust Jesus Christ as your Savior. From the platform of the South Texas Billy Graham Crusade, San Antonio Crusade, 6 April 1997. A Ministry update about My Hope and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Hope In Christ" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham begins his message in the "love chapter" ... 1 Corinthians 13. He speaks of having hope and faith in Christ. The world seems almost hopeless. The ozone layer deterioration, the threat of war, terrorism, uncertainty and fear lead us to believe that something is about to happen. We are going to have difficulties because man’s heart is evil. Without God we are going to have trouble and evil. There is escapism everywhere. In our attempts to achieve happiness we find only unhappiness. There's the escape of pleasure, passion, appetite, desire, sex fantasies, drugs and alcohol. Thousands of people are looking to fill a void in their lives. The Bible says, "What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?" Is your soul in the hands of Christ? From the platform of the South Texas Billy Graham Crusade, San Antonio Crusade, 6 April 1997. A Ministry Update about Rock the River and a song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Problems of Youth" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message tonight sharing that he believes young people not only want to be loved but they also want to be recognized as individuals, to be trusted, listened to, accepted and they want forgiveness. They want something or someone to believe in. We all need to be ready to meet God. How do we do that? We accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We are forgiven by God because of what Jesus did on the cross. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4). We are all looking for satisfaction. Some look for it chemically, others look for it through sex. A young man fell down before Jesus and asked "What do I have to do to inherit eternal life?" He asked the right question, at the right time, with the right attitude and got the right answer but he did the wrong thing. But Jesus loved him. If you're feeling abandoned remember that your heavenly father will never abandon you. From the platform of the final Billy Graham Crusade, New York, 25 June 2005. A Ministry Update of Dare to be a Daniel and two songs precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Problems of Youth" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham shares that he recently read a discouraging article in Time magazine. The picture depicts a woman looking desperate and half-dead with children hanging around her and the headline reading "How to end poverty." We live on a ravaged planet. The Bible says in Genesis that God created us in His image. But we have another kind of poverty ... poverty of the soul. Our desires are not fulfilled, our fears are growing. The Bible says that God has put eternity in our hearts. We long to know what life is all about. Everyday we try to change our surroundings for the better or live in denial. In the music world, MTV's top rock song for 2005 was Satisfaction by the Rolling Stones. Jesus said "come to me all who are weary." You will find rest in Jesus. The decisions we make each day will affect our future. An observation of what young people want from older people today is to be loved. God loves everyone. From the platform of the final Billy Graham Crusade, New York, 25 June 2005. A Ministry update about Rock the River and two songs precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Most Wicked Man" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message to the inmates of Angola State Prison, on Manasseh the wickedest man. Manasseh came from a good family and he knew better. Manasseh sinned against God. The Bible says a man reaps what he sows. God's judgment fell on Manasseh. The Assyrians took Manasseh prisoner. They hooked him and took him back to Babylon. While in prison he sought the favor of God. God listened to his plea and returned him to Jerusalem. We can't do it on our own. God will give you the power. "No man comes to the Father but by Me." Manasseh called on God. You can too. God heard him. Would you like to have a new beginning? Come to Christ today. He will set you free. God will cleanse you and give you a new beginning. If you don't think you can do it, think about how tough it will be when you stand before God on the last day. Only Jesus can stand before God. Will you put your faith and trust in God? From the one day Festival at Angola State Prison, April 1, 2006. A testimony and a song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Most Wicked Man" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham shared the Gospel with the Angola State prison inmates. God knows all about prisons. Franklin shares the Bible story of how Joseph was sold into slavery, taken to Egypt and falsely accused. Other prisoners in the Bible were Peter and Paul and even Jesus Christ was imprisoned, beaten, whipped, tried and executed. Jesus Christ went to the cross for each of us. The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life. Franklin shares about Manasseh the wickedest man. He came from a good family and at age 12 became king. Manasseh was an evil leader, he worshipped idols, was a murderer. He rebelled against his father and God, undoing all the good that his father had done before him. Sin separates us from God. It only takes one sin one time to separate us from God. God sent his only son to die for us. On the third day Christ rose from the grave. God will not force himself on you. It's a free gift from God. From the platform of the one day Festival at Angola State Prison, April 1, 2006. A ministry update and song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "New Birth" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham talks about the radical change needed in the heart of every person. Everyone needs their sins forgiven and to be clothed in righteousness in order to fulfill our purpose in life. We must be born again by the Spirit of God. It is not easily understood but must be accepted by faith. The Holy Spirit changes your heart from the inside and brings change in your philosophy and manner of life. First, you must receive the Word of God (1 Peter 1:23); then the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin (John 16:8). Mr. Graham shares the story of Naaman, a general commander-in-chief who was a leper and because he obeyed the prophet's instructions his leprosy was cleansed (2 Kings 5:1-14). Jesus said "You must be born again." How do you become born again? By repenting of your sin; by faith receive Jesus Christ; and be willing to follow Him. "...now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2). From the Boise/Treasure Valley Billy Graham Crusade, Boise, Idaho, 13 August 1982. A ministry update of Rock the River precedes the message.
Billy Graham's Message: "New Birth" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham's message begins in John Chapter 3. Nicodemus came to Jesus by night. He had several questions about spiritual life. Jesus' response to him was "you must be born again." Have you been born again? Does Christ really live in your heart? Are you committed to Jesus Christ? Nicodemus was a religious leader who fasted, prayed and tithed. But Jesus said that was not enough you must be born again. Jesus could read the heart of Nicodemus and knew that Nicodemus had not yet found fellowship with God. What causes trouble in this world? Transgression (sin), unrighteousness, and iniquity (turning aside from the straight path) to name a few. We must have righteousness to enter heaven and the only way to receive it is through Christ, who died on the cross for our sin. We need our sins forgiven. Make Christ your cause and follow Him. From the Boise/Treasure Valley Billy Graham Crusade, Boise, Idaho, 13 August 1982. A testimony precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The I Am's of Jesus"
Mr. Graham's message begins in Exodus 3:13-14. Moses asked God what should they call Him ... by what name? God said "I Am." He had no beginning and He has no end. Jesus is referred to throughout the scriptures in many ways: "I am the bread of life." "I am the light of the world." "I am the door." "I am the vine." "I am the good shepherd." We are like sheep and we tend to stray and are tripped up by Satan, but our Good Shepherd - Jesus - has laid down His life on the cross for all of our sins. From the platform of the Bristol Mission England Crusade, 13 May 1984. A Ministry Update and song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Youth's Most Difficult Word"
Mr. Graham's message begins in 1st Corinthians 10:12. For every temptation you have God provides a way out. Mr. Graham shares the Bible story of Vashti, Queen of Persia. She astounded all the guests at a banquet by saying "No" to her husband King Xerxes at his request for her to dance before everyone. She refused and because of that she was deposed as Queen. As a result, Esther became queen which opened the door for the salvation of the Jewish people. Mr. Graham continues by sharing the Bible story of Daniel. This young man was determined to serve God and so he said "No" to the King's finest wines and foods. He wanted to lead a simple, self-disciplined life. How can we stay pure today? We can't without Christ's help. If Christ is in our hearts, He will give us the strength and the power to overcome our temptations. Finally Mr. Graham shows us in Matthew 4:4-11, how Jesus displayed the ultimate example of overcoming temptation. Jesus resisted the devil by quoting scriptures; He was filled with the Holy Spirit and He was in the will of God. From the platform of the Birmingham Mission England Crusade, 6 July 1984. A Testimony and song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Touch of Jesus" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message by asking the question "What do you worship?" What is it that consumes our thoughts and our lives? That can become our idol. We all sin. God loves us and wants to set us free from our sin but we've got to call on the name of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. The leper called on Jesus. There was only one thing the leper wanted and that was to be clean. Just one touch from Jesus is all it took to cleanse the leper. Have you asked Jesus to touch and cleanse you? Let Christ touch you, heal you and set you free. You've got to repent and turn away from your sin. There is no other way to God except through faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible says "Behold now is the day of salvation." You may never have another chance. From the platform of the Mobile Alabama Festival 22 April 2006. A testimony and song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Touch of Jesus" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham begins his message today in Matthew 8 where a man was touched in a special way. A man with leprosy knelt before Jesus and said "Lord, if you're willing, you can make me clean." He knew Jesus could heal him. Jesus reached out and touched the man and said "I'm willing. Be clean." In the Bible lepers were separated from society as they are today. This man only hope was Jesus Christ. Leprosy started out small and grew to infect his entire body just like sin. Because of one act of disobedience, sin came into the world. We're all sinners and we all come short of God’s standards which have never changed. There is a penalty for sin but God will forgive us. You can be set free from your sins but you've got to call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. From the platform of the Mobile Alabama Festival 22 April 2006. Billy Graham's Message: "Remember Lot's Wife" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message stating pornography is everywhere. You don't even have to leave your house. Lot was in the middle of all that. He had one foot in the kingdom of God and the other in the world. God was going to destroy Sodom. Abraham pleaded if God could find 10 righteous men the city would be saved (Gen. 18:16-33). Destruction came. Remember Lot's wife (Luke 17:32). God told them not to look back, but she did. The pull of Sodom was great and she didn't want to leave. She was turned into a pillar of salt. God was giving her a second chance like he does for all of us. Jesus shed his blood for us. Repent, believe that Jesus died for me, believe that He is living and coming back for us. From the final day of the Crusade in Los Angeles, November 2004.

Billy Graham's Message: "Remember Lot's Wife" (Part 1)
Billy Graham's message reminds us that we do not know the day or time when Jesus will return. He will come as a thief in the night. The Bible says "there's a way which seems right unto man, but the end thereof are the ways of death" (Prov. 14:12). God sees all of our perversion and is offering us a pardon. We've broken God's laws but God says I love you, I will forgive you and provide you the peace, joy and happiness. From the final day of the Crusade in the Rose Bowl, Los Angeles, CA November 2004.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Game of Life"
Billy Graham begins in Hebrews 12:1-2. Remove those sins that wrap themselves around our feet to trip us up. We are to run the race with patience. Keep our eyes on Jesus. Games all have a goal. In the game of life our goal is to live with Christ forever. Games require discipline. What sin in your life is holding you back? The Christian life requires discipline if we're to live for Christ. Games have precision. God is precise. Straight is the gate and narrow the way which leads to life. Games have rules. Before you play the game you must know the rules including being a Christian. Life is a game with the rules of the game written on our hearts. No one can keep the rules of the Christian life without first knowing Christ. By grace we are saved. Games have their rewards. Our reward is in heaven, which is more than we could ever dream of. Jesus loves us, is ready to forgive us and to change our lives if we let Him. From the platform of the Arkansas Billy Graham Crusade, Little Rock, Arkansas, 23 September 1989. A testimony and song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Reputation" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message from Luke 7:36. Every person has a reputation as a sinner before God. The woman in this story came to Jesus with a broken heart, wanting rest from her guilt, shame, sin. Jesus addressed Simon with a story of 2 debtors. The person who loaned the money forgave both. The one who was forgiven most would be most grateful. The emphasis of the parable wasn't the size of the debt because neither debtor could pay what they owed. Jesus points to the woman and how she washed His feet with her tears, wiped them with her hair and poured perfume on his feet. Simon didn't do any of these typical rituals when greeting Jesus. The truth is those who don't know Christ at the end of time will spend eternity in hell - a place of fire, everlasting punishment. One can be freed from all sin. It does not matter what you have done. It is simply coming by faith and believing on Jesus Christ. The scripture says: "Seek the Lord while He may be found." From the platform of the Pacific Northwest Franklin Graham Festival in Tacoma, WA on 4 November 2007. Mel Graham's testimony and a song prior to the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Reputation" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham speaks from Luke chapter 7 beginning in verse 36 through 47. He shares the story where a sinful woman comes to Simon's home where Jesus is reclining at the table. She washes Jesus' feet with her tears, wipes them with her hair and pours perfume on his feet. Simon, a man of very high stature in his community had invited Jesus to come to his house. But when Jesus arrived, Simon didn't greet Him with a holy kiss, or wash his feet or anoint him with oil as was a tradition done out of respect. Simon didn't see his own sin; the woman did. This woman had a reputation. She was a sinner in the eyes of God and man. She came to Jesus for forgiveness from the guilt and shame of her sin. We all have come short of God's glory and are in need of forgiveness. God will forgive you, cleanse you and set you free today, if your willing to confess your sins, turn from your sins and come to Jesus Christ. Billy Graham's Message: "The World, The Flesh and The Devil"
Billy Graham begins his message pointing out that we live in a world of unending conflict. Jesus faced the facts of life realistically. He was preparing his disciples for war. The weapon that Jesus places in the hands of Christians today is the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. Mr. Graham continues by speaking of the three enemies of a Christian - the world, the flesh and the devil. The world is the devil's ground force. The flesh works from within to zap us of our spiritual strength and effectiveness. The devil is continually seeking to defeat our Christian offensive. The scripture gives us great hope in all this conflict. Christ died on the cross and took all of our sins. Victory can be obtained if we completely submit to God then as the scriptures say, we can resist the devil and he will flee from us. We are not asked to fight this battle alone. Christ has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us. The Holy Spirit living within us produces peace of God in our hearts in the midst of our struggles. Do you know the peace that comes from God? From the Hour of Decision archives originally recorded in 1972. A song and ministry focus precede the message.

Billy Graham's Easter Message: "Words From the Risen Christ"
Mr. Graham focuses on three things that Jesus said after His resurrection. First, Jesus said "Fear not!" We ask "why not?" Because He lives we no longer need to fear death and disaster. Second Jesus said "Bear witness." We are commanded to go and make disciples of all nations. This command embraces evangelism in every way. Thirdly, Jesus said "Receive power." We cannot do the work of the Kingdom of God in our own strength. We need the power of the Holy Spirit to flow through us. The church today desperately needs a spiritual awakening. This is what happened to the disciples because they knew Jesus had been raised from the dead. It can happen to you if you put your faith and trust in Him. Repent, receive and follow Jesus in obedience. From the Hour of Decision archives originally recorded in 1978. A song and ministry update precede the message.

Billy Graham concludes his message on the second coming of Christ. Jesus said he is going to prepare a place for us. What will happen the moment you die? Will you be with Jesus in heaven? Mr. Graham reminds us that we're all under judgment. Some will be eternally lost and others eternally saved. We do not know the hour. Have you repented of your sins? Billy shares the meaning of repentance. Turning from sin and accepting Christ as Lord and Savior. Are you ready to follow Jesus? We all expect to live long. This could be our last day. Today is the day of salvation. The only way to come to Christ is through the Holy Spirit. This is the moment. Do you want to know Jesus in your heart? Billy Graham's Message: "The End of the World" (Part 1)
Billy Graham begins his message with a focus on Noah and the flood. He reminds us that there will be an end to the world system in which we live. In the time of Noah the world was filled with wickedness. Noah was a good man, beloved by God. Noah was moved by fear. Can people come to Christ through fear? Yes but God is also a God of love. Noah was told to go build a ship and at the same time preach to his fellow man to repent. He was scoffed at for more than 120 years. Mr. Graham compares that to the coming of Christ. What will happen the moment you die? Will you be with Jesus in heaven? Some will be eternally lost and others eternally saved. Franklin Graham's Message: "The Value of a Human Soul" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message by reminding us that God loves us. God will forgive us if we come to Him through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only one who paid the debt for our sin. Franklin reads from Revelation 20:11-15. The Bible describes hell as an unquenchable fire, a place of sorrow, weeping, torment, complete darkness and a place of separation from God. God provided an escape through salvation in Jesus. You can't work for your salvation, it's by God's grace. You've got to come to Jesus publicly. Why? Every person Jesus called, He called publicly. He hung on the cross, shed His blood, was spat upon, mocked and ridiculed all publicly. He did it willingly. All of us are going to experience death to our bodies but our soul will live forever either in God's presence in heaven or forever separated from His presence in hell. God is offering forgiveness and salvation but only through Christ. Come to Him. From the platform of the Pacific Northwest Franklin Graham Festival in Tacoma, Washington, 2 November 2007.

He uses scriptures such as Matthew 16:26 to emphasize the value of our soul. Franklin explains that the soul is not your body. The body is not the real you. One day you will die and someone will bury your body but your soul will live as long as God lives. Your soul will either live in heaven in God's presence or in hell separated from God's presence. God created each of us in His own image and one day when our bodies die and we will stand before a Him, a holy God. Are you ready to stand before God? From the platform of the Pacific Northwest Franklin Graham Festival in Tacoma, Washington, 2 November 2007.

Billy Graham's Message: "Why I am an Optimist" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message explaining how he can be optimistic in a world of trouble. In Matthew 14:27 and Mark 6:50 Jesus reassures us of His presence wherever we are. He is there to bring a new excitement, a new joy, a new peace. He has conquered the world’s system, death and sin. He has given the Holy Spirit and His Word to help you meet trials and temptations. He reassures us that Christ is coming again and His Kingdom will triumph. Only then will there be universal peace. But meanwhile one must make a choice whom we shall serve. Jesus Christ or this world? From the platform of the Houston-Gulf Coast Billy Graham Crusade in Rice Stadium, Houston, Texas, 12 November 1981. A testimony precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Why I am an Optimist" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks from Psalm 102 and Isaiah 48:22. There is a difference between an optimist and a pessimist. Young people are searching for something in a world that seems to have gone mad. Nothing seems to make sense anymore. Man is trapped by sin. There is forgiveness of sin only through Jesus Christ. When one knows his sin has been forgiven, there can be peace in his heart and optimism in times of trouble and tribulation. From the platform of the Houston-Gulf Coast Billy Graham Crusade in Rice Stadium, Houston, Texas, 12 November 1981. A testimony and song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "John 3:16" (Part 2)
Billy Graham urges people to make a decision for Christ now because no one knows when Jesus is coming again. What must you do? First you must repent, being sorry for your sins and willing to turn from them. Second is to believe, to commit yourself to Jesus. Jesus is coming back, but the time is now to turn from your sin. God gave His Son, Jesus, to become sin for us on the cross. The suffering of Jesus wasn't just the physical death, but more so the spiritual death, taking our sin upon Himself. He prays for us, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." God deletes your files when you confess your sin to Him. From the platform of the New Orleans Celebration of Hope, 12 March 2006. Two songs precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "John 3:16" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham makes a brief reference to New Orleans during a crusade held in London England at Pelican Stadium in 1954. He then goes on to speak of God's love. God, who created a vast universe, who is holy and can't look upon iniquity, who is a judge, also created man. But man has a terminal disease – sin. All are under a sentence of death. Physical and spiritual death. Did you ever think about being eternally separated from God? From the platform of the New Orleans Celebration of Hope, 12 March 2006. Franklin Graham's Message: "Nicodemus" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message by reminding us that God's standards never change. We have a sin problem. Murder is sin, stealing, dishonoring your parents, lying are all sins. God will forgive you if you're willing to confess your sins to Him and turn from them and receive Him by faith. God doesn't force Himself on you. You've got to make that choice yourself. Franklin continues to speak about the spiritual new birth and the forgiveness that is available through Jesus. The new birth is a new heart, a new spirit given by God when we repent of our sin and come to faith in Jesus Christ. Are you willing to repent? You'll be a new creature if you're willing to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. From the Franklin Graham Spokane, Washington Festival 25 August 2002. A song precedes the messsage.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Nicodemus" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham begins his message in John chapter 3 where he introduces us to a very religious man in the Bible who was seeking truth. Nicodemus, a man of high religious standing in his community sought out Jesus under the cover of night because of the controversy about Jesus. Even two thousand years later Jesus is still the most controversial man in the world today. Nicodemus was looking for answers to the emptiness in his soul. Jesus looked right into his heart. He knew exactly what Nicodemus was thinking. Jesus told Nicodemus "You must be born again." It's not enough that he was religious. Religion won't save you. We're all sinners before God. God's standards never change. God will forgive you and set you free if you're willing to turn from your sin and come to Jesus Christ. Billy Graham's Message: "Obstacles to Heaven" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message from Luke 19. Curiosity brought Zacchaeus to see Jesus. Jesus stopped to call to him. It was a personal call. In the same way, Jesus calls you by name. He knows all about you. It was an urgent call. Now is the accepted time. It was a successful call because Jesus did go to Zacchaeus' home. Zacchaeus repented of his wicked ways. His was an open confession that cost him something, in that he promised to return 4-fold what he had taken from the people. Your soul is worth more than anything in the entire world. Your spirit will live on forever – it depends on what you do with Christ now, as to where it will spend eternity. You have to be willing to repent of your sin, change your way of thinking; receive Christ by faith – put your confidence and trust in Him; and be willing to follow and obey Jesus Christ. What decision will you make today when Jesus calls you by name? From the platform of the Central Florida Billy Graham Crusade at the Tangerine Bowl, Orlando, FL, 13 April 1983. Billy Graham's Message: "Obstacles to Heaven" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks from Luke 19:1-10. As Jesus was in Jericho, he healed the blind man, Bartimaeus, who called out as He passed by - that may have been his one and only opportunity to be healed. For many of you this may be the last opportunity that you'll ever have to make certain of your own relationship to God. Jesus meets Zacchaeus, a publican, Jewish tax collector for Rome, on His way out of Jericho. Zacchaeus was a lonely man. Many young people today are lonely and trying to fill that void with the things of the world. But that's why many are fascinated by Christ. Billy mentions visiting college campuses and seeing many people come to faith in Christ during those visits. He also mentions being in Budapest, Hungary, when people recorded his messages to distribute and put them in book form - they were hungry for the Word of God. But many people have obstacles in coming to God: (1) Pride: we need to come to Christ in humility; (2) idolatry: materialism and technology has grabbed our attention; (3) worldliness: we have to choose between the things of this world and the things of god; (4) secret sins: man looks on the outward appearance; God judges what He sees in our hearts. What will He find if He looks into your heart today? From the platform of the Central Florida Billy Graham Crusade at the Tangerine Bowl, Orlando, FL, 13 April 1983. A testimony and song precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Rich Young Man" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message about the rich young man in Mark 10 who was searching for love. He speaks to the needs of young people who need to be listened to, want forgiveness, the security of authority, and discipline. The rich young man was searching for purpose, meaning and love. God has no beginning and no end and yet the scriptures say that He loves. Some people are searching in the wrong places. Buddha was looking for peace but never found it. Young people today are looking for peace and love in drugs, drinking and sex. Many young people are lonely, empty, despondent, and have feelings of guilt. Something drove this young man to Jesus but he lacked one thing: sell all he had, give it to the poor, and follow Christ. He couldn't pay the price. He was too rich. He had come to the right person at the right time (when he was young), with the right attitude, the right question and had received the right answer, but he did the wrong thing. What will you do with Jesus who died for you? From the Greater Los Angeles Crusade at the Rose Bowl, 20 November 2004. Two songs by Third Day precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Obstacles to God"
Speaking from Luke 19:1-10, Franklin Graham tells the story of Zacchaeus. Zacchaeus cheated his fellow citizens and was hated by his fellow Jews. Jesus was passing by and Zacchaeus wanted to see him but there were obstacles. The crowd - Zacchaeus was small in stature. You may feel like you're insignificant in God's eyes but you are important and He cares for you. God loved us so much that He provided a way of salvation through his son Jesus Christ. Jesus died and rose again, He is alive today and one day He is coming back. What obstacles are preventing you from coming to Christ? Sin - God's standard has remained the same throughout all of time. Everyone is guilty of breaking God's laws. God will forgive you if you're willing to trust His Son Jesus Christ. Sin has to be removed. Jesus was passing by. He saw Zacchaeus, stopped and called him by name. The call was urgent. Zacchaeus had a choice. He could have just stayed up in that tree and waited until the next time Jesus was passing by. He responded and came quickly. As Zacchaeus repented of his sin, Christ changed his heart and he sought to make right with those whom he had cheated. Jesus, even today, is calling people to come, repent and turn from their selfish ways. Do you want to be forgiven? It's your choice. Zacchaeus was willing to leave his old life. Are you?

Billy Graham's Message: "A Child is Born, a Son is Given"
Billy Graham shares his traditional Christmas message from Isaiah 9:6-7. The Child born establishes the fact of Jesus Christ's humanity. A Son given establishes the fact of His deity. He was given by God, His Father. His birth was supernatural, a child born to a virgin. He became poor and shared in man's frailty. His death was voluntary. He took our sins on the cross. A Son was given for our salvation. Because of that we can heed the angels words, "Fear not...I am with [you]" (Isaiah 43:5) and take great comfort in the presence of this God-man Jesus Christ.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Gospel" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message in Matthew chapter 6. We've all sinned. God was not satisfied for you to be separated from Him. God devised a plan, He sent Jesus Christ to come to this Earth. Going to church, memorizing scripture or religion is not enough to bridge our separation from God. You have to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Jesus came to this earth, died on the cross, shed His blood, went to the grave, took your sins to the grave and on the third day God raised Him. He's alive today. His blood cleanses us from all of our sins. From NYPenn Franklin Graham Festival, Binghamton, NY 10 June 2007.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Gospel" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham begins his message tonight in Matthew chapter 6, the story of a man who was touched by Jesus. This man was a leper, separated from society. He wanted to be made clean. There was no hope, no medicine, no cure for this leper. But there was something in this man that made him realize that Jesus Christ is the answer. He comes and falls down before Jesus. Leprosy separates you from society but your sins separate you from God. You cannot come before a holy God because He cannot tolerate sin in His presence. Leprosy infects the whole body. Sin infects the entire body. Leprosy started small. Sin started small. Sin started with one man and infected us all. Sin has affected every kind of society and we have become numb to it. Sin is disobeying God’s standards. All of us are guilty. God's standards are the same today, yesterday and tomorrow. God's standards don't change. Someday we will stand before God and give an account to Him. There is no way He will receive us into His presence outside of the person of Jesus Christ. From NYPenn Franklin Graham Festival, Binghamton, NY 10 June 2007.

Billy Graham's Message: "God Is Unchanging"
Billy Graham begins his message in Hebrews chapter 12. In his message he illustrates that we are living in a changing world. There are changes in weather patterns, political changes, social changes, economic changes. But there are some things that never change. The laws of nature, God, the moral law hasn't changed. God has no beginning and He has no end. God is unchanging in His judgment. We will all have to give an account of the life we lived and all that we've done. God is unchanging in His love. While we were yet sinners Christ died for us. The Word of God hasn't changed. The human heart has not changed. The heart is deceitful and wicked. The moral law (the Ten Commandments) hasn't changed. The way of salvation hasn't changed. There is no other name under heaven whereby we may be saved. Jesus came to die and shed His blood to make atonement for our sin. From Billy Graham Greater Sacramento Crusade, 18 October, 1995.

Billy Graham's Message: "Time of Thanksgiving"
In his traditional message "Time of Thanksgiving," Billy Graham outlines the history of the holiday in the United States. More than 150 times the Bible either calls men to thank God or tells them how to give thanks. Mr. Graham then outlines the instructions God gives in His Word to give thanks. Thanksgiving is part of the most intimate relationship between God and man. Pride and arrogance keep us from giving thanks, but now is the hour to return to God, to acknowledge our national sins and guilt, and time to acknowledge what we have is a gift from God. Thanksgiving is a time to thank Him for spiritual blessings, for peace and for the blessing of God's offer of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ.

Billy Graham's Message: "Sowing and Reaping"
Billy Graham begins his message in Galatians 6. Do not be deceived, God will not be mocked, a man reaps what he sows. Dr. Graham explains five laws of sowing and reaping: You sow in order to reap. If you sow you will reap. If you sow fleshly ideas you will reap fleshly corruption. Ignorance of what you are sowing won't keep you from reaping. You will reap more than you sow. Come to Christ now. From the platform of the Long Island, New York Crusade, 22 September 1990.

If you sow you will reap. If you sow fleshly ideas you will reap fleshly corruption. Ignorance of what you are sowing won't keep you from reaping. You will reap more than you sow. Come to Christ now. From the platform of the Long Island, New York Crusade, 22 September 1990.

Billy Graham's Message: "How to Get to Heaven"
Mr. Graham begins his message in the 3rd chapter of John. Nicodemus was a great religious leader. He came to Jesus by night. Probably afraid of criticism or he wanted a private conversation. He was searching for purpose and meaning to life. Searching is important and the right place to search is in the Word of God. Nicodemus was a religious man; he fasted two days a week, prayed two hours daily and gave his tithe. But Jesus said that was not enough you need to be born from above. Many words in the New Testament are used to describe the word "sin". Transgression, Missing the mark, Iniquity and more. We've each turned to our own way. To find true or real fulfillment in your life you need Christ. What is the new birth? Jesus was talking about spiritual things. Nicodemus was talking about physical things. To be born again you must come to the cross, confess that you're a sinner and receive Christ as your Lord and Savior. From the platform of the Long Island Billy Graham Crusade, 21 September 1990.

Franklin Graham's Message "The Rich Young Ruler" (Part 2)
Franklin concludes the story of the rich young ruler from Mark 10:17 beginning with John 3:16. Jesus came to earth on a rescue mission for your soul, to rescue you from hell. He asks the question, 'Where is your soul going to spend eternity?' No one can choose Jesus for you. Franklin shares some of his testimony and mentions Kurt Cobain of Nirvana and the big, black, empty hole he had in his life. Jesus can fill the hole in your life but you have to invite Him to do so. The young ruler went to the right person - Jesus. But when Jesus told him he had to get of his wealth because he loved that more than Jesus, he was unwilling. Jesus calls you to turn, leave your sin completely, and come to faith in Jesus Christ. He invites you to follow Him. The price of redeeming your soul was completely paid on the cross. There is no other person in history who has paid for your sin but Jesus. From the platform of the Hobart, Tasmania Festival 12 March 2005.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Rich Young Ruler" (Part 1)
Speaking form Mark 10:17-21, Franklin Graham tells the story of the rich young ruler. As Jesus was passing through on a journey, this young man came running up to him, asking what he could do to inherit eternal life. In spite of all he had and did in trying to live up to God's standards, he was seeking meaning in his life. God's standards are the same as they always have been and always will be. Breaking even one of them is sin, which separates us from God. Murder, adultery, stealing, giving false witness, idolatry (including sports figures, music, musicians etc.) are all breaking God's standards. God will forgive you if you accept Jesus. Going to church or being a church member won't save you. Franklin gives his testimony then invites listeners to accept Christ to fill that hole and forgive their sin. From the Hobart, Tasmania Festival 12 March 2005.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Rich Young Ruler"
Billy Graham talks about a rich young man who came running to Jesus asking "What must I do to inherit eternal life?" This young man was searching because he knew the most important thing was missing in his life. This young man came to the right person, Jesus. He asked the right question "What must I do to inherit eternal life?" And he received the right answer. But he did the wrong thing, he turned away from Jesus because he didn't want to give up anything. Open your heart to Jesus, receive and accept what He did on the cross.

Billy Graham's Message: "Starting Life Over Again"
Billy Graham begins his message with John 3:16. Did you ever wish you could start all over again? It is possible to live a new life. New life begins when the Holy Spirit comes into your heart and transforms you when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. After you come to Christ you don’t have to live the Christian life alone. The Holy Spirit lives through you and in you. From the platform of the Central Valley Billy Graham Crusade, Fresno, CA 12 October 2001.

Billy Graham's Message: "Nicodemus" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message saying the problem today is sin. We have all like sheep gone astray; we want to get out from under God's authority. Nicodemus was not satisfied. He wanted to know and understand what "new birth" was. There are some things we just don't understand. The real suffering of Jesus was when God turned His back on His Son was bearing the sin of the whole world. It is the blood of Christ that was shed for our sin.

Billy Graham's Message: "Nicodemus" (Part 1)
Billy Graham's message is the story of Nicodemus, a great teacher, professor and a very rich man. He asked Jesus some spiritual questions. Jesus told him he lacked one thing, he needs to be born again. Jesus calls us to repent of our sins and come to Him by faith. Each of us has broken God's commandments – even if you have broken just one, you have broken all. We are all dead towards God. Death came by Adam and we are all sinners. Are you born again?

Franklin Graham's Message: "Forgiveness" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message in Luke Chapter 7, reminding us that we all have a reputation before God. We’re sinners. Jesus says, “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I’ll give you rest.” We’re all guilty of sin. In Jesus we have redemption through His blood. What causes crime? Why do we have wars? Why do we have racial tensions? It’s all because of sin. Sin has affected every human being. God will forgive you and set you free. A testimony and song precede the message from the platform of the NYPenn Franklin Graham Festival, Binghamton, NY, 8 June 2007.

Billy Graham's Message: "Can You Run Away from God?" (Part 2)
Billy Graham continues his message on Jonah. He tells the story of someone changing the markers on a road, so that the road he would take to get to his destination would be the easier one. There is an easy, broad road, but its end is death, destruction and hell. The other road is narrow, rough and hard which leads to Christ. Everyone will make a decision about Jesus Christ, one way or the other. Sin and disobedience always affects other people, in the same way the people in the ship with Jonah were affected adversely. At first sin is fun, then boring, and then you become insensitive to it. There may be peace for a time, but it ends. When Jonah obeyed God, the entire city of Nineveh repented and God forgave their sin, so, too, when we turn away from our disobedience, God will forgive our sin. The people of Nineveh were sure that they were forgiven. Are you certain? God is extending His hand of mercy to a city, to you. From the platform of the Southern Alberta Billy Graham Crusade, Calgary, Alberta, 24 August 1981. A testimony and song precede the message.

Jesus shows us that the Pharisees were able to discern the meteorological signs at the time but didn't understand what was happening in the world, so it is with us today - we cannot see what God is doing. We are all sinners but God is willing to guarantee life through faith in Jesus Christ. Billy Graham's Message: "Nothing But the Truth" (Part 2)
Preaching from John 8:32, Mr. Graham concludes his message on Christ’s words that we will “know the truth and the truth will make us free.” He talks about the “image of the invisible God…by Him all things were created…” Jesus Christ is the truth. What does the truth do? Christ sets you free from the penalty of sin, from the power of sin, and He sets us free from the very presence of sin. Come to the truth, come to Jesus Christ. An interview and a song precede the message from the platform of the New York Crusade, Madison Square Garden, 18 June 1969.

Billy Graham's Message: "Nothing But the Truth" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham preaches on Christ’s words that we will “know the truth and the truth will make us free.” In this passage of Scripture, Jesus discussed: God on the one hand, who is the truth and Satan on the other, who is the author of lies. You can know the truth but never live it. Someday God is going to judge the world in truth. All of us are on a quest for truth. What is “the” truth? Jesus said “I am the truth” (John 14:6). Mr. Graham challenges his audience to receive Jesus Christ, the Truth and the Life, by faith. Franklin concludes his message of the life of Zacchaeus. Zacchaeus wanted to see who Jesus was. He climbed a sycamore fig tree so he would be able to see Jesus when He passed by but he wasn’t prepared for what happened next. Jesus called him by name and told him to come down quickly. Zacchaeus had to make a decision: sit in the tree or obey the Lord Jesus Christ and come to Him. The Holy Spirit of God is calling you. It’s not too late for you. Billy Graham speaks from Revelation 5:1-14. He shares what this passage says is going to take place in heaven at the throne of God. John wept because the book where this information was kept was sealed and there was none worthy to open it. An angel came to him to announce there is one worthy to open the seals, the Lamb of God. The book was opened and it revealed the past, present and future. Blood stands for life and is a symbol of our salvation. No one deserves to be forgiven. Billy Graham speaks about the story in Acts 8 where Philip encounters an Ethiopian eunuch reading from the book of Isaiah. Philip preached about Jesus to help the eunuch comprehend this scripture. What does the cross of Christ mean to you? He became sin for us and died on the cross. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. We need to repent and turn from our sin. Jesus stopped and asked, “What do you want me to do for you?” Bartimaeus wanted to see again. Jesus granted the answer to his prayer because of his faith. We all have been blinded by sin. Billy Graham's Message: "What Must I Do to Be Saved?"
Billy Graham speaks about the story in Acts 16 of when Paul and Silas were in jail in Philippi. While in prison they would sing, rejoice and preach. An earthquake came and shook the prison opening the doors and prisoners' chains fell off. The jailer was prepared to kill himself for losing his prisoners. He thought about what Paul and Silas had been preaching and asked "What must I do to be saved?" Paul gave a very simple answer. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shall be saved." God invites us to come just as we are – as sinners – to the cross of Jesus. We don't have to straighten out our lives first. An interview and song precede the message from the platform of the Greater Columbus Billy Graham Crusade, Columbus, Ohio, 22 September 1993.

Billy Graham's Message: "The End of the World"
Mr. Graham begins his message in 2 Peter 2:5-9 about the end of the age in which we live. There's not going to be an end to the world but there is going to be an end to the age in which we live. There is a final day of judgment coming. Evil and the devil are going to be eliminated. We don't know the day. What do you have to do to be ready for this judgment? Repent of your sins, surrender totally to Christ. An interview and a song precede the message from the platform of the Greater Pittsburgh Billy Graham Crusade, Pittsburgh, PA. 6 June 1993.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Value of the Soul" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message in Mark 8:36. Your soul is the essence of who you are. The loss of a soul is tragic because death renders it permanent eternally. God offers eternal life to every soul. God was so concerned for your soul that He gave His only son to die on the cross and raised Him from the dead. God can take our ordinary lives and make us into something special. Your eternal soul is the most valuable thing you possess. Jesus died that you might live completely and eternally. An interview and a song precede the message from the platform of the Billy Graham Crusade, Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium, Louisville, KY June 24, 2001.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Value of the Soul" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham begins his message in Mark 8:36. Every day people debate the worth of many things. What is the value of a person? What is the value of another year of life? God values our bodies but values our souls the most. Living inside your body is your soul. The soul is valuable because it's eternal. If you lose your soul, you lose in this life and the life to come. Are you in the process of losing your soul? A ministry update and a song precede the message from the platform of the Billy Graham Crusade, Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, Louisville, KY, June 24, 2001.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message from Luke 15. In the story of the prodigal son, the young man goes to a far away country and spends everything he had. When the money ran out so did his friends. He had no job. He had sinned. Sin separates us from God. God will take your guilt and forgive and cleanse you if you come to Him through His Son Jesus Christ. God loves you. Do you want the sin in your life to be forgiven? There's only one way and that’s through faith in Jesus Christ. An interview and song precede the message from the platform of the Hampton Roads Franklin Graham Festival, May 19, 2007.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham speaks from Luke 15. A young man, restless and wanting to go his own way in life, raised in a good home, wanted his inheritance. People want to do their own thing, aim for personal happiness and all the things money can buy. God wants us to have joy, fulfillment, eternal life, but sin separates us from Him. God loves you and will set you free from the guilt and shame of your sins if you're willing to confess your sin, turn from it and receive Jesus. Billy Graham's Message: "Excuse Me, Please"
Mr. Graham speaks from Luke 14, the story of the banquet to which the guests that were invited had many excuses for why they could not come. Jesus illustrates people's spiritual needs: we are guilty, dead in our sins; spiritually blind and helpless. Many people are searching for something but they don't know what. God has prepared a feast for us. The reason we are invited is the cross of Christ. No greater invitation has been given. Now is the time. Simply admit being a sinner, come to the cross for forgiveness, be willing to turn from sin, and come by faith. An interview and song precede the message from the Billy Graham Greater Sacramento Crusade, Sacramento, California, October 20, 1995.

Billy Graham's Message: "What Must I Do To Be Saved?"
Mr. Graham speaks about the story in Acts 16. Paul and Silas were in jail in Philippi. While in prison they would sing, rejoice and preach. An earthquake came and shook the prison opening the doors and prisoners chains fell off. The jailer was prepared to kill himself for losing his prisoners. But they didn't leave. The jailer thought about what they had been preaching and asked "What must I do to be saved?" God invites us to come just as we are - as sinners - to the cross of Jesus. All our sins are under the blood of Jesus Christ. Come to Christ by receiving Him by faith. An interview and song precede the message from the platform of the Billy Graham Greater Sacramento Crusade, October 19 1995.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Bubble that Bursts" (Part 2)
Billy Graham continues to speak about one of the greatest men who ever lived-Solomon. Solomon had all the pleasures of the world - wine, women and song. But he learned that pleasure is short-lived. And there will be a "payday". Solomon's experience led him back to God. Are you willing to change your way of life? Jesus died publicly for you why don't you come publicly to Him? You can't come to Jesus without the calling of the Holy Spirit. You never known when your moment is coming. From the platform of the Louisville, Kentucky Crusade, 23 June 2001. Billy Graham's Message: "The Bubble that Bursts" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks about one of the greatest men who ever lived - Solomon. He had riches, knowledge, power and discovered he was not satisfied. He had it all, but he said it's not worth it. He was given great wisdom by God, but one cannot come to God with one's mind alone. The Bible says there is one greater than Solomon, and that is Jesus. Jesus left heaven to save us because man was destined to spend eternity separated from God. Riches, knowledge, power cannot save you, but Jesus can. Franklin Graham's Message: "The Value of the Soul" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message tonight by reading some headlines from the local newspaper. We see evidence of sin in our society all around us. The Bible says that we all have sinned and come short of God's glory. God will forgive us if we come to Him through faith in Jesus Christ, confessing our sin, repenting and receiving Christ by faith. No one can choose Jesus for you. Jesus sits at the right hand of God the Father. He is ready to forgive you. Are you ready? Franklin Graham's Message: "The Value of the Soul" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham begins his message tonight taking a look at the shooting at the Virginia Tech Campus. Many of us ask "Why would a God of love allow such a thing to happen?" Franklin reminds us that Satan, the author of all lies, is seeking to destroy innocent life. God loves you and will forgive you. Matthew 16:26 says, "What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?" Our soul is valuable because it is eternal. One day our bodies will die and be buried. Are you prepared to meet God? Two songs by the Tommy Coomes Band precede the message from the platform of the Hampton Roads Franklin Graham Festival, VA, May 18, 2007.

Billy Graham's Message: "The End of the World" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message on the signs of the end times. The Bible warns that judgment will come. God will punish those that do not know Him and obey the Gospel of Jesus. There is one beacon of hope, Jesus, He will come again, be ready. Billy shares about a night in hospital when he asked God to come into his heart in a new way. As he did, all his sins seemed to come before him and he realized he's a sinner. But then he remembered that we're cleansed by the blood of Christ. We are all under the sentence of death because of our sin. Even if we have lived a good life, we need to recommit our lives to Christ. Why does Jesus delay His coming? God has a purpose. He has a moment and hour when Jesus will come, though the world thinks He's forgotten. Jesus said there would be certain signs to watch for and it seems that many of those are happening now. Are you ready to meet Jesus? A testimony and song precede the message (taken from the platform of the Heart of America Crusade, Kansas City, Missouri, October 10, 2004.)

Billy Graham's Message: "The End of the World" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham speaks about signs of the end times. The scripture teaches about Jesus coming again. No one knows when, but Jesus is coming back. Matthew 24 and Luke 21 tell us about the convulsions and revolutions that will happen and increase as we approach the coming of Christ. The days of Noah will be repeated, not by a flood but by a fire. Nation will rise against nation; kingdoms against kingdoms; there will be earthquakes, famines, pestilences, signs in the heavens. There is a warning of judgment. God will punish those who do not know Him nor obey Him. If one doesn't obey and receive Christ, one will be shut out from God's presence for all eternity. A song by the Gaither Vocal Band precedes the message from the platform of the Heart of America Crusade, Kansas City, Missouri, October 10, 2004.

Billy Graham's Message: "Prodigal Son's Father"
Mr. Graham's message begins in Luke chapter 15 with the story of the Prodigal Son focusing on the Father. Billy Graham's Message: "Things That Will Not Change"
Mr. Graham's message uses the text from Luke 21. We are pressed from all sides. Social problems seem to be everywhere. Racial problems, poverty, homelessness, energy crisis, loneliness, AIDS are just a few of the problems facing mankind today. In a time of scientific and religious change, some things never change. God's holiness, His judgment and His nature never change. Human nature has not changed. Hearts are still deceitful. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The way of salvation has not changed. There is only one way to God and that is through faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus took our sins to the cross, died and was raised again. He is never going to change but we must change. From the platform of the Greater Louisville Billy Graham Crusade, Louisville, KY 21 June 2001. A feature and song precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Meaning of the Cross" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message from John 19:1-5. God's standards are the same today, yesterday and tomorrow. We've all fallen short of God's standards, we've sinned. Jesus Christ came to save us from our sins. Through the cross God is saying "I love you" and "I am willing to forgive you!" Christ shed his blood on the cross for our sins. Jesus gave His life willingly for everyone. While Jesus was on the cross he said "Father, forgive them!" If God was willing to forgive the wicked men who crucified Jesus, He will forgive you. The cross is God's victory. Jesus is redeeming this world back to God. No other religious leader in all of history came to this Earth for the purpose of cleansing you from your sins. You need only to be willing to receive it. From the platform of the Festival Victoria 2005 with Franklin Graham, 18 March 2005. Two songs precede the message.

Mr. Graham begins his message in Mark 10:46. As Jesus was leaving Jericho, going to Jerusalem for the Passover, a poor blind man named Bartimaeus cried out to Him "… have mercy on me." The blind man asked Jesus to restore his sight. Jesus healed him of his blindness immediately. Bartimaeus was also poor, physically and spiritually. Regardless of your earthly possessions you are poor toward God if you have not received Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Come to Christ and He will satisfy you. He offers forgiveness and eternal life filled with joy and peace. From the platform of the Birmingham Mission England Crusade, 5 July 1984. Billy Graham's Message: "What Must I Do To Be Saved?"
Billy Graham shares from Acts 16. Paul and Silas had been arrested and put in jail for proclaiming the gospel. While in prison they began to sing hymns and psalms and preach to the other prisoners. At midnight there was an earthquake and the prison doors broke open. Paul and Silas’s chains fell off. The jailer was terrified of being put to death for the crime of setting the prisoners free. He wanted to commit suicide, but Paul told him that no one had escaped so there was no need for him to kill himself. The jailer cried out, "What must I do to be saved?" Paul gave a very simple answer. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved." The Bible says "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Rom. 10:13). From the platform of the Birmingham Mission England Crusade, 4 July 1984. A ministry report and a song from George Beverly Shea precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Passion of Christ" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message about sin and how it affect on our lives. The Garden of Eden, which was in current-day Iraq, is where Adam and Eve were created. They sinned against God and then God's judgment came. We are all sinners. No one deserves to be saved or go to heaven, but the blood which Christ shed on the cross cleanses us from all sin. When we come to the cross, we are united with Christ and take on His nature. We are forgiven and set free from sin. From the platform of the Greater Los Angeles Crusade, November 2004. Two songs by Nicole C. Mullen precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Passion of Christ" (Part 1)
Billy Graham asks the question: Why did Christ die and what does the cross really mean to me? The cross shows us the depth of our sins and how deeply it offends God. Sin is coming short of God's righteousness. Sin affects our minds, our wills and our conscience. We grow cold to its effects. But the penalty for sin is death. The cross also shows us the depth of the love of God. God loves us no matter how bad we've been. The penalty of death has been paid for us through Christ's death on the cross, granting us forgiveness. From the platform of the Greater Los Angeles Crusade, November 2004. Two songs by Mercy Me precede the message.

The penalty of death has been paid for us through Christ's death on the cross, granting us forgiveness. From the platform of the Greater Los Angeles Crusade, November 2004. Two songs by Mercy Me precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Noah" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes his message on God's judgment. God judged the earth because of its sin and He will judge the earth again. Franklin reminds us of Hurricane Katrina. The hurricane warnings had gone out but some people didn't listen. They had an opportunity to leave but when the flood came it was too late. Thousands died and it caused billions of dollars worth of destruction. People in Noah's time had a chance to repent and turn from their sins but they just laughed at Noah. God has given us an escape route, Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only one who has ever paid the debt of sin. Jesus came to Earth, lived and taught among us. He shed His blood, died on the cross and on the third day God raised Him up. He’s alive today. God is offering an opportunity to you to be set free but the devil is trying to convince you that it's too late. There is no other way to God. From the platform of the Central Canada Franklin Graham Festival, 22 October 2006. A ministry report and a song by the Tommy Coomes Band precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Noah" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham begins his message tonight in the book of Genesis chapter six. God was grieved that He made mankind. God judged Noah's generation. But Noah found favor with the Lord. God told Noah to build an ark big enough to take every animal in the world in pairs and enough food for them and his family. Noah preached to his neighbors for 120 years while building the ark to God's specifications. Then God called the animals two by two and He closed the ark door. It rained for 40 days and 40 nights. You could not have run fast enough to get to high ground. God judged the world because of man's sin and He is going to judge again. Judgment came by rainfall that time but next time it will be by fire. God had an escape plan, salvation through Jesus Christ (John 3:16). From the platform of the Central Canada Franklin Graham Festival, 22 October 2006. A ministry report and a song by the festival choir precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Good Samaritan"
Billy Graham tells the story of the Good Samaritan from Luke chapter 10, emphasizing that Jesus is interested in the individual. In this story, Jesus answers the question "Who is my neighbor?" Jesus loves people. A certain man, on his way to Jericho, was struck down and wounded by robbers. They left him half dead. A priest passed by him. The priest represents religions of all kinds. A Levite passed him by. The Levite represents the Law. Then a certain Samaritan came by - a foreigner - he stopped and had compassion on the man. The story emphasizes that religion can't save us. The Law - living a good life, being a member of a church - can't save us. Only Jesus, who sees our need, can bind up our wounds and save us. We can be set free from the consequences of sin through faith in Jesus Christ. The greatest need man has to be loved and God can give us a deep, divine love beyond human love. Cincinnati Mission, 27 June 2002.

Billy Graham's Message: "Remember Lot's Wife" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message from Luke 17:32. God is a god of love. God took all of our sins and laid them on Jesus on the cross. The people living in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah didn't have time for God. Idolatry was a sin highly committed. The sins prevalent in that day are the same of our generation, too. Lot had one foot in the world and the other in the Kingdom of God. Lot had a Christian heritage. God told Abraham that He was going to judge Sodom and Gomorrah. God sent messengers to Lot and warned to leave and not look back or God's judgment will fall. Only Lot believed. Lot's wife, while fleeing the city, deliberately looked back and she was turned into a pillar of salt. The Bible teaches that her sin represented unbelief and rebellion against God, as she disobeyed His instruction. Judgment is coming and it is not too late to come to Jesus today. He will forgive you and change you. From the Jacksonville, Florida, Crusade, 5 November 2000

Billy Graham's Message: "Remember Lot's Wife" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks from Luke 17:32. Jesus warns the people to "remember Lot's wife." Why? Because Jesus is coming back to set up another system - the Kingdom of God. The families of Lot and Abraham were fighting and it was time to separate. Abraham asked Lot to choose which land he wanted. Lot and his family chose the beautiful plain of the Jordan, the city of Sodom. God was displeased with Sodom, people were living in sin, where improper sex, pride, greed, excess pleasure abounded. There was no thought given to God. Today we live our lives with the philosophy of "We've got it, let the good times roll." Jesus warns people that even as judgment came to the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, unless we turn to God, judgment will come to us as well. From the Jacksonville, Florida, Crusade, 5 November 2000.

He invites you to follow Him. God will forgive you if you accept Jesus. Being a church member or church goer won't save you. You've got to come to God through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. No one can choose Jesus for you. Jesus can fill the hole in your life but you have to invite Him to do so. The price of redeeming your soul was completely paid on the cross. The choice is yours. You can accept it or reject it. From the platform of the Central Canada Festival with Franklin Graham in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 21, 2006.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Unknown God" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message based on Acts 17, the "Mars Hill" message of the Apostle Paul.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Unknown God" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham begins his message today in Acts 17 verse 16 speaking about the "Mars Hill" message of the Apostle Paul. Paul was in the cultural and educational center of the ancient Roman world (Athens). While waiting for Timothy and Silas to join him, he walked the streets of the city. He found moral corruption and the city given into idolatry. With all their great learning and education they had not found the true God. We have gods today. Technology, sex, even sports figures are our idols. Paul was the only Christian in Athens at the time and he couldn't keep quiet. People were curious about his ideas. Do people wonder about you saying that you're different? Christ died on the cross, rose again and through His death and resurrection we can find new life. Today we need to be willing to witness for Christ even if people laugh at us. That what "take up your cross" means. While Paul was walking around Athens he saw all kinds of gods including "the unknown god". The Athenians would say "there is a god somewhere, but we don’t know who he is." We are in danger of educating our mind, building our bodies but neglecting our soul. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. He gives meaning and purpose to our lives. From the platform of the Sydney Crusade, 20 May 1979.

Billy Graham's Message: "Real Peace"
Billy Graham takes his text from James Chapter 4. Where do wars come from? Is there any hope for the future? There's a climate of fear. The things that cause war come out of our hearts. There are three kinds of peace that is spoken of in the Bible. Peace with God - the spiritual peace. We break God's laws, disregard His plans and He sees us at war with Him. Jesus Christ made it possible to have peace with God. He died on the cross and shed His blood so we could be reconciled with God. The second type of peace is Peace of God, the psychological peace. An Old Testament man named Gideon had an army that God said was too big. God reminded Gideon that He was with him. God doesn't remove the troubles and difficulties in life. In the midst of whatever you're going through there is peace of God. The third type of peace is Peace on Earth, relational peace. At the birth of Christ angels announced "Peace on Earth" Where did that peace go? We will have peace if we receive Him and believe and follow Him. One day there's going to be a judgment for everyone. Are you ready for that judgment day? God is a God of judgment and He loves us. He offers forgiveness to everyone if we come to the cross where Christ took our sins. From the platform of the Sunderland Mission England Crusade, Sunderland, England, 30 May 1984.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Good Samaritan"
Billy Graham begins from Luke chapter 10. A lawyer asks how he can inherit eternal life (vs. 25). There is nothing we can do to inherit eternal life. The lawyer then asks who is his neighbor? Everyone is our neighbor that lives on this little planet. In the story of the Good Samaritan, a certain man was beaten and left to die. Along came a priest, but he passed by on the other side. This priest represents religion in all its forms. So much of religion today sometimes leaves us worse. The Levite, did more than the priest, he stopped and looked at him but did not help him. The Levite represents the Law. People say they can be saved by doing the best they can, but we can't work or pay our way into heaven. It's by God's mercy and grace. We deserve judgment and hell. The Samaritan man stopped and tended to the wounded man. He had compassion on him. He was of a different race and religion and was willing to help him. He didn't have to feel responsible. God could have left us in our sins but his is a God of love, mercy and grace. Jesus is the Samaritan in this story. He doesn't just love us and leave us. He died on the cross for us. We can have a relationship with Jesus Christ who will love us and go with us everyday. We must do three things. First, repent of our sins. Second, by faith receive Him. And third, be willing to follow, serve and obey Him. From the platform of the Birmingham Mission England Crusade, Birmingham, England, 1 July 1984.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Matthew 16" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham continues to share how money and earthly possessions cannot purchase inner peace. These things were holding back the young man in Matthew 19 from coming to Christ. But since he wasn’t willing to relinquish them, he went away empty-handed. This young man loved money more than anything. Satan has deceived man into thinking that money will make man happy. We are under the delusion that if we can buy the things we want we can create our own happiness. Not true. Money is only temporary. Anything that comes between us and a relationship with Jesus Christ is a sin. Jesus knows everything about us, every detail of our life and He still loves us. He is calling you tonight to give to Him your sin. He has paid its penalty and if you are willing to come to Him in repentance, you will know inner peace through knowing Jesus Christ. From the platform of the New Mexico Festival 1998, Albuquerque, NM, 8 May 1998.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Matthew 16" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham speaks about how to have Inner Peace. The people on the Titanic were being warned that the ship was sinking but they didn't listen, so they sank with the ship. Matthew chapter 19 verses 16 through 22 tell of a man who was seeking happiness but was unwilling to follow Jesus' words. This young man was probably good looking, wealthy and very influential. But there was restlessness in his soul. He wanted happiness, joy, financial success and meaning to his life. Are you seeking inner peace? The only way to have inner peace is to remove the sin in our lives. It only takes one sin to keep you out of heaven for eternity. God loves you so much that He died for you. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God but through faith in Jesus Christ we can be forgiven of breaking God’s laws. From the platform of the New Mexico Festival 1998, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 8 May 1998.

Billy Graham's Message: "University of Life" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message on the University of Life. The three required courses are: 1) Life; 2) Death; and 3) Judgment. Some day each person will face the judgment and will have to give a moral accounting for his life. There are also three optional courses in life: 1) Choose your way of life. The very heart of sin is selfishness. One must surrender these things to Christ. 2) Choose who will be the Master of your life. Who is going to control you? God has a purpose and a perfect plan for your life. 3) Choose your destination: heaven or hell. The Bible says, "Prepare to meet your God." One does so first through repentance, faith and being willing to follow Christ. Do you know Christ? From the platform of the Greater Reno Billy Graham Crusade, 15 November 1980.

One does so first through repentance, faith and being willing to follow Christ. Do you know Christ? From the platform of the Greater Reno Billy Graham Crusade, 15 November 1980.

Billy Graham's Message: "University of Life" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks about a university from which you can fail but you can never drop out. Many are tired and weary, carrying heavy burdens. The real thing they're searching for is God. Everyone was made in the image of God but without God, our hearts are restless. You can never find true rest until you know God. In this university of life, there are 3 required courses: 1) Life: We didn't choose to be born. There's no escaping life. Your spirit is eternal. 2) Death: We will be required to die. One out of every one dies. But while you live, God is giving grace to come to Christ to find your salvation. Prepare to meet your God. [The third required course is in next week's program]. From the platform of the Greater Reno Billy Graham Crusade, 15 November 1980. Two songs precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Born Into the Family of God"
Billy Graham begins his message in John Chapter 2. Nicodemus came to Jesus at night and asked Him some spiritual questions. He was searching for purpose and meaning to life. Searching is important and the right place to search is in the Word of God. Nicodemus was a religious man; he fasted two days a week, prayed two hours daily and gave his tithe. But Jesus said that was not enough, you need to be born again in order to see the kingdom of God. God created us in His own image. But something went wrong, man sinned and rebelled against God. The penalty for sin is death. Man without God is dead. When Christ died on the cross, He died for you. He's ready to forgive you now. From the platform of the Mission England Crusade, Liverpool, England, 19 July 1984. A testimony and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Wickedest Man that Ever Lived"
Billy Graham illustrates a story of the mercy and grace of Almighty God. Hezekiah was one of the best kings that Judah ever had. His son, Manasseh, came to the throne at age 12 and undid all the good that his father ever accomplished. He was guilty of idolatry and led the nation away from God and into idolatry. God knows your heart. He knows all your secrets. God loves us so much that He allowed Christ to die on the cross to forgive us and give us a second chance. God is saying to us "I love you. I'll forgive you. I'll give you a new life." From the platform of the Mission England Crusade, Liverpool, England, 18 July 1984. A testimony and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Belshazzar" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes the story of the evil king, Belshazzar. Belshazzar was having a wild party one evening, when suddenly a hand appeared and wrote something on the wall. Daniel was called in to interpret what had been written. "God has numbered thy kingdom and finished it." The next day Belshazzar was killed. If God should come in judgment tonight, is your soul in danger of being lost? We are all guilty of sin. But someone cannot make the decision for you to become a Christian -- you have to decide yourself. You can come before God today and be forgiven of your sin and assured to spend eternity in heaven with Jesus Christ. From the platform of the High County Festival, September 2000, in Boone, N.C. A song by Dennis Agajanian and the festival choir precedes the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "Belshazzar" (Part 1)
In the book of Daniel, Franklin tells the story of Belshazzar, an evil king ruling in Babylon during part of Israel's exile there. Belshazzar was rich, powerful, egotistical, self-centered and loved to party. He was a sinful man, openly defying the one true God. He was guilty of the sin of idolatry and so are we. But God will forgive you if you'll trust Him. He is calling you now to repent and be forgiven of your sin. From the platform of the High County Festival September 2000, Boone, NC. Billy Graham's Message: "Zacchaeus" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes the story of Zacchaeus. Jesus called Zacchaeus by name. Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost, and He calls you by your name. Zacchaeus responded by faith and received Jesus joyfully and simply like a child. Without Christ to fill the empty void in your life, nothing else will satisfy. Jesus is calling you to receive His mercy, find joy and eternal life in Christ, that your soul may live with Him forever. Three things you need to do: Repent of your sins, receive Christ in faith, and follow Him. From the platform of the Halifax, Nova Scotia, Crusade, October 29, 1979. A song by Evie and Pelle Karlsson and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Zacchaeus" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks on the life of Zacchaeus, a rich, lonely, hated tax collector in his community. He climbed a tree to see Jesus because many obstacles were preventing him from a clear view. We also have obstacles. Pride, idolatry, worldliness, secret sins. There have been thousands of people that have gone to church all their lives but still do not know Jesus Christ. Just as Jesus personally called the most unpopular man in town by name, He calls you by name to turn from your sins and receive the salvation He is offering. From the platform of the Halifax, Nova Scotia, Crusade on October 29, 1979. A testimony and song by Willa Dorsey precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Pursuit of Happiness"
Mr. Graham shares the story of the rich young ruler who had a full life by the standards of the world, but was yet dissatisfied. Today young people question, "Is there a God?" The Bible shows us that God had no beginning and has no end. He created everything. With our limited minds we can't comprehend that. We all have sinned; we all have broken God's laws and deserve death. In an effort to understand, the rich young ruler came to the right person, in the right way, at the right time, with the right attitude and he asked the right question. He got the right answer but he did the wrong thing - he walked away from Christ. Even though he walked away, the Bible says that Jesus loved him. He was not ready to let Jesus lead him. Are you ready to put your life in the hands of God's Son Jesus Christ? From the platform of the Greater Twin Cities Billy Graham Crusade, Minneapolis, MN, 22 June 1996. An interview with Jan Morehouse and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Problem of Loneliness"
Billy Graham talks about the story from John chapter five of the paralyzed man who was waiting by the pool at Bethesda to be put into the water. It was said that whoever was in the pool first when the waters were disturbed by an angel would be healed. He waited every morning for 38 years, but he could never get there first. He couldn't make it. He was alone. Loneliness is one of the greatest problems that young people have today. You can even be lonely in a crowded room. Do you feel alone when you go home at night even though there are people there? There is an answer for your loneliness and that is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. There are different kinds of loneliness: Loneliness of society, loneliness of suffering and sorrow, or loneliness of sin. Sin separates us from God. Can you imagine spending eternity apart from God? There is loneliness in the decision to accept Christ in the sense that it is a decision that must be made by you alone. From the platform of the Greater Twin Cities Billy Graham Crusade, Minneapolis, MN, June 20, 1996. An interview with Ken Garfield and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son" (Part 2)
Franklin Graham concludes the story of The Prodigal Son, from Luke 15. This young boy was running from home, from his parents, from God, from relationships, responsibility and the law. Just like him, many are running and are not willing to wait for what God has in store. God sees you tonight and has compassion for you because He loves you. We have all sinned but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. God sent His only Son on a rescue mission. You haven't sinned too much. God is willing to accept you the way you are. Christ shed His blood for you. God has compassion for you because He loves you. Are you willing to turn from your sins and come to Christ? From the platform of the Kern County Festival, Bakersfield, CA, 3 April 2004. A testimony by Mel Graham, Jr and a song by Dennis Agajanian precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Prodigal Son" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham tells the story of The Prodigal Son, from Luke 15. People want to do their own thing, aim for personal happiness and all the things money can buy. Why? Because man is searching for happiness, peace, joy, and meaning to life. God wants to give you peace and joy and wants you to be with Him in heaven forever, but sin is blocking the way. God is going to judge sin one day. You have a soul and one day it’s either going to be in His presence in Heaven or separated to a place called Hell. The only way to escape God’s judgment is to come to Him through Jesus Christ. From the platform of the Kern County Festival, Bakersfield, CA, 3 April 2004. Songs by Jars of Clay and the Tommy Coomes Band precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "A Cure for Heart Trouble" (Part 2)
Mr. Graham concludes his message today reminding us of the sinfulness of man's heart. The most important thing in the world is to be sure that your heart is right with God and that you've been forgiven of your sin. Is your heart right? God knows the secrets of our hearts. He weighs our hearts by the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount, the life of Christ, and the teachings of Scripture on the way we ought to live. The Bible says without the shedding of blood there is no way you could be forgiven of your sins. Mr. Graham explains how to receive a new heart. From the Platform of Syracuse, New York, April 26, 1989. A feature story of the Billy Graham Library Dedication precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "A Cure for Heart Trouble" (Part 1)
Mr. Graham begins his message tonight in Matthew chapter 22. It was asked of Jesus, "Which is the greatest commandment in the law?" Jesus' response was to love God with all your heart, soul and mind. The heart is the center of your life. Is your heart right with God? God speaks about the heart throughout the Bible. It says that without God our hearts are dark, unbelieving, blind, and rebellious. Through the Word of God, Billy Graham exposes the wickedness of our hearts, but then tells how to have a heart right towards God through Jesus Christ. From the Platform of Syracuse, New York, April 26, 1989. An interview with Viktor Hamm and a song by the Hour of Decision Singers precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Remember Lot's Wife"
Billy Graham's message is from Luke 17:32, in which Jesus said, "Remember Lot's wife." As Abraham and Lot traveled together, their servants and soldiers began fighting. Abraham decided they needed to separate and allowed Lot to choose which path to take. Lot chose to go to Sodom. Sodom and Gomorrah became known for their sins of wickedness and perversion. God's judgment was coming unless Sodom would repent. Sodom would not repent. Abraham bargained with God but was unable to find even 10 people that lived for God in all of Sodom. So God sent two messengers to get Lot out. The angels said "Don't look back" and led Lot and his family to a safe city. While leaving the city Lot's wife turned back and was turned to a pillar of salt. God loved Lot's wife and loves you today. Remember that she was almost saved. She was offered salvation. God never judges without warning. His judgment is certain. He wants to forgive you. Repent and come to Christ by faith. From the platform of Mission Scotland, held in Glasgow, Scotland, on June 8, 1991. A song by George Beverly Shea precedes the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The Cross-An Offense?"
Mr. Graham's message is from Galatians 5:11. The cross is an offense because blood was shed there. Blood needs to be shed for the forgiveness of our sins. Jesus' blood is the blood of covering, of redemption, of forgiveness, of reconciliation, of justification, of peace, of entrance to God's ear in prayer and the blood of cleansing. If Christ had not shed His blood upon the cross we would die and go to judgment and hell because there would be no forgiveness of our sins. Only with the blood of Christ can we find peace in the world and in our hearts. There is only one way to salvation and that's by the way of the cross. From the Platform of Mission Scotland 1991, Glasgow, Scotland on 7 June 1991. A song by George Beverly Shea precedes the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Human Soul" (Part 2)
Franklin concludes his message today stating these facts: God created you. God loves you. God sent His Son to rescue you. Jesus died for you. Jesus rose from the grave. Jesus is alive today. He is ready to forgive you today but our sin is blocking the way. God cannot tolerate sin. Sin has to be dealt with. Are you willing to turn from your sin and come to Christ? God is going to judge sin one day and you will either be sent to heaven or hell. What is hell? Hell is a real place, a place of sorrows, of wailing, of depression, of torment, of darkness, of unrest and a place of memory. You will remember that you said "no" to Jesus Christ. Franklin also describes heaven as being in the presence of God Himself. We all deserve to go to the cross for our sins. But if we confess, repent and turn from our sins and by faith receive Jesus Christ into our hearts, He will set us free. Jesus paid the price one time for all. The price of our souls was the cost of His blood on Calvary's cross and will never have to be paid for again. He offers us the gift of freedom and cleansing. From the Platform of the Central Canada Franklin Graham Festival, Winnipeg, Manitoba, 20 October 2006. Two songs by the Tommy Coomes Band precede the message.

Franklin Graham's Message: "The Human Soul" (Part 1)
Franklin Graham's message focuses on how mankind needs "soul surgery." Matthew 16:26 says, "What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?" Our soul is more valuable than any amount of money or possessions we could possibly own because it is eternal. One day our bodies will die. Are you prepared to die? Do you know Jesus? God will take your guilt and shame and set you free when you come to Him through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. Franklin shares a bit about his personal testimony and how he came to accept Christ as his Savior. God loves us and wants all of us to come to repentance. Are you ready? From the Platform of the Central Canada Franklin Graham Festival, Winnipeg, Manitoba, October 20, 2006. Two songs by Rebecca St. James precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "The High Cost of Following Christ" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message today by explaining what is meant by bringing your mind to Christ and keeping our minds stayed upon Him. Are you willing to let Christ control the things you read, the things you watch, the things you do? Some people have blown their minds on drugs. The Bible promises that we can be transformed by the renewing of your minds. If you change your mind, He will change your heart. That's repentance. The human heart is what is wrong with the world. We all need a heart-transplant. Man is born a sinner and even if you do the right religious things, the heart is still far from God. How many of us are hypocrites? God demands 100 percent of your body, your mind and your heart. If you break even only one of the commandments, you have broken them all and are a sinner. God knows your heart and your secrets. The only way to be freed from your sin, freed from all you try to hide from God, freed from death and judgment is to come to Jesus Christ. God will give you a new heart but that can only be done through the blood of Christ. A song by Larnelle Harris and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message. From the Central Florida Billy Graham Crusade, April 1983.

Billy Graham's Message: "The High Cost of Following Christ" (Part 1)
Billy Graham shares with young people the costs of following Christ. He reads from Luke 14:27-32. What does it mean to come to Christ? Count the cost. God demands to be Lord of your body, mind and heart. Speaking first about the body, Mr. Graham reminds us of people from the Bible, Adam and Eve, Esau, and Sampson each had issues of some sort with regard to controlling their bodies. Mr. Graham explains that the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye and the pride of life are still rampant today. Many have made a shipwreck of their life by making wrong choices. We live in a sex-saturated culture. The Bible says, "Flee from temptation." How can you abstain from sex in today's culture? You can't, without Christ. God is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted more than you can bear. He will provide a way out. Secondly, Mr. Graham speaks of your mind. God is going to hold you accountable regardless of your IQ. You need to bring your mind to Christ. Society is constantly competing for our mind but the Bible encourages us to think about things that are true, honest, just, pure and lovely. We need to spend more time reading and studying the Bible. Are you willing to surrender your mind to Christ? From the Platform of the Central Florida Billy Graham Crusade, Orlando, FL, 16 April 1983.

Billy Graham's Message: "Is the End of the World Close?" (Part 2)
Billy Graham concludes his message about the wickedness of Sodom and how many of us are like the people who lived there. We pitch our tent in such a way that we sort of live half in Sodom, leaning towards the pleasures of this life, and half with Abraham, leaning towards God. Sodom and Gomorrah were guilty of greed. We neglect our families to get more money. But God has not given up on you. You can still give your life to Christ. Jesus Christ bore all our sin on the cross and only through Him is there salvation from our sin. From Greater Pittsburgh Crusade, June 6, 1993. A story about composer Felix Mendelssohn and a song by Steve Green precede the message.

Billy Graham's Message: "Is the End of the World Close?" (Part 1)
Billy Graham speaks from 2 Peter 2:4-9 about judgment, the love of God, and the end of the age. The biblical story in Genesis 13 of Sodom and Gomorrah is an example of what could happen if we don't turn to God. God allowed judgment to fall on the people of Sodom because they were sinful: false security, pleasure, overindulgence to name a few. The climax of history is going to be judgment, and the only bright spot is the promised return of Jesus Christ. Will you be ready when Christ returns to judge the world? (Message is from Greater Pittsburgh Crusade, June 6, 1993.) A testimony by Chuck Colson and a song by George Beverly Shea precede the message.
